We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at itzjustchrizz@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not send items back without authorization.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [48–72] hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
